We're passionate about providing affordable bookkeeping solutions for small businesses at all stages of their development

Whether you're just starting out or have been in business for years, from start-up to hand-over, we've got you covered

From Start-Up to Hand-Over

Our main focus at Numbers Helpdesk is to provide options for businesses who need help with their bookkeeping, whether they are doing their own or need someone to do it for them.

We understand that many small business owners prefer to manage their own bookkeeping and we have a range of support options to compliment this including our helpdesk, health-check review and start up packages.

Of course, many business owners don’t have the time, expertise or desire to manage their own bookkeeping and we have a range of options for this too. Whether you need a fixed fee bookkeeping package with transparent pricing or help with something specific, we have options to suit all needs.

Check out our services list to learn more.

We Live Here Too!

We operate from Armstrong Creek in Geelong, Victoria. So, we’re a local business just like you. By partnering with us you can be assured that your bookkeeping is being managed in Australia as we never outsource work overseas.

We specialise in providing remote services so it doesn’t matter which part of Australia you’re in, we can still help! We use the latest in web based bookkeeping, screen sharing and video call technology to ensure we can support businesses in all corners of the country.
